- The customers are accountable for the materials required to implement the job. Akaoru is concerned with delivery of the task as well as the payment for the task completed.
- Any of our staffs being sent to you must be properly dressed. Any of our staffs that portray indecency in their dressing should not be accommodated or welcomed.
- Akaoru gives warranties to our customers provided that such customers have paid all fees due and are not defaulting in any of their obligations.
- Any communication that is outside the awareness of this platform shall be termed invalid and therefore at owners risk.
- We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time at our discretion. If a revision is to take effect, we will try to give prior notice to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes the change will be determined at our sole discretion.
- You may terminate your agreement and close your account with Akaoru at any time, with effect from the last day of your subscription term, by sending an email to akaoru01@gmail.com. Akaoru may terminate its relationship with you, or may terminate/suspend your accessibility to the Website and Services at any time.
